直線導軌的基本構造是什么?

基本構造是由1.直線導軌、2.直線運動滑導塊、3.滾動軸承用滾珠構成。

對于這種構造可根據使用規格選擇各種產品。例如采用密封板類零件構造可實現其防塵性和無塵室使用要求,采用滾珠保持器構造可提高其滑動性能等等。此外,對于直線滑動條件和負載、為了實現更高的導向精度,根據實際情況可采用2支導軌或和多個滑塊的構造。

直線導軌的性能基本上是由滾動軸承單元的構造決定的。導軌上滾珠用導向槽的個數稱為「列數」,在滾道內滾珠的接觸點數作為「點接觸數」、用來表現滾珠軸承單元的構造。這種多列滾珠軸承的構造,即使在急速加減速時承受力矩載荷或長時間在嚴苛條件下連續運行等情況下,也可保持其精度。
