滾珠絲杠怎么安裝?

滾珠絲杠,屬于機床軸承中的一個分類,是能將回轉運動轉化為直線運動,或將直線運動轉化為回轉運動的理想的機床軸承產品。滾珠絲杠由螺桿、螺母、反向裝置和滾珠組成,滾珠絲杠的主要功能是將旋轉運動轉化成直線運動,或將扭矩轉換成軸向反覆作用力,并且同時兼具高精度、可逆性和效率高等特點。

一端固定,另一端支承這種安裝方式,固定端的軸承同樣也是可以同時承受軸向力和徑力,而支承端只承受徑向力,并且能夠做微量的軸向浮動,以及可以減少或者避免因絲杠自重而出現的彎曲,另外,絲杠的滾珠絲杠支撐軸承熱變形可以自由的向一端伸長。因此,這是使用廣泛的一種結構。比如:國內中小型數控車床、立式加工點等等都是采用這種結構。

絲杠兩端均固定這種方式,固定端軸承可以同時承受軸向力,并且可以對絲杠施加適當的預緊力,以提高絲杠的支承剛度,同時還可以部分地補償絲杠的熱變形。因此,大型機床、重型機床以及高精度鏜銑床大多都是采用這種結構。當然,其也有不足的地方,那就是采用這種結構的話會使得調整工作比較繁瑣;此外,如果在安裝調整時兩端的預緊力過大的話,將會導致絲杠終的行程比設計行程長,螺距也會比設計螺距大;而如果兩端螺母的預緊力不夠的話,就會導致相反的結果,從而容易引起機床振動,致使精度降低。因此,如果是采用兩端固定這種結構的話,那么在拆裝時一定要嚴格按照說明書來進行調整,或者是借助儀器(雙頻激光干涉儀)來調整,以免造成一些不必要的損失。
