導軌絲杠副的結構傳統(tǒng)分為內循環(huán)結構(以圓形反向器和橢圓形反向器為代表)和外循環(huán)結構(以插管為代表)兩種。這兩種結構也是常用的結構。這兩種結構性能沒有本質區(qū)別,只是內循環(huán)結構安裝連接尺寸小;外循環(huán)結構安裝連接尺寸大。目前,導軌絲杠副的結構已有10多種,但比較常用的主要有:內循環(huán)結構;外循環(huán)結構;端蓋結構;蓋板結構。
