The accuracy of the measuring tools can meet the requirements, and the measured elements are also correct. There are no problems in the whole assembly process, but through on-site observation, it is found that the following problems still exist in the assembly process:
(1)使用手電鉆鉸孔時,由于鉸削余量較大,振動較厲害,雙手控制不穩,鉸刀擺動過大,造成錐孔鉸削后上大下小,錐度不是要求的1∶50。用涂色法進行檢查,發現錐銷與錐孔的接觸部位不正確,位置靠近小頭一端,不能保證良好的接觸精度,受到交變應力與振動時容易松動,從而導致定位精度下降。
