1、制動(dòng)電磁閥產(chǎn)生故障。采取措施：檢查電磁鐵YT6是否通電吸合，若不通電應(yīng)檢查電氣線路；若電磁閥閥芯被卡住，應(yīng)拆下清洗電磁閥，檢查閥芯是否被拉毛或閥孔有毛刺，若有需修光閥芯外圓和閥孔，必須使閥芯在閥孔內(nèi)滑動(dòng)靈活無(wú)阻滯現(xiàn)象；要求主軸制動(dòng)時(shí)間約為3s。
