以上狀況將會引起滾珠絲桿、直線導軌作業外表的粗糙和游隙的增加，較終導致絲桿導軌的失效。但只要是金屬零件，它的正常磨損是不可避免的，正常磨損是均勻并且緩慢的進行的，可以留意平時維護削減磨損延伸使用壽命。
