　　滾珠絲杠傳動(dòng)是由電機(jī)通過聯(lián)軸器或同步帶輪帶動(dòng)滾珠絲杠轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，然后推動(dòng)固定在直線導(dǎo)軌上的滑塊前后移動(dòng)。滾珠絲杠定位精度高，摩擦小，剛性高，負(fù)載大。能夠完成準(zhǔn)確定位。
導(dǎo)軌絲杠

　　Ball screw drive is driven by a motor through a coupling or synchronous pulley to rotate the ball screw, and then push the slider fixed on the linear guide to move forward and backward. Ball screw has high positioning accuracy, low friction, high rigidity and heavy load. Accurate positioning can be achieved.

　　速度取決于電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速和引線長(zhǎng)度。引線越高，在電機(jī)輸出速度相同的情況下，機(jī)械手滑塊運(yùn)動(dòng)越快。

　　Speed depends on motor speed and lead length. The higher the lead wire is, the faster the slider of the manipulator moves at the same output speed of the motor.

　　2. 同步齒形帶傳動(dòng)是由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)同步帶的主動(dòng)輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，然后由皮帶導(dǎo)軌帶動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌上的滑塊前后移動(dòng)。同步齒形帶噪音小，運(yùn)行速度快，成本低。

　　2. Synchronized toothed belt drive is driven by the motor to rotate the driving wheel of the synchronous belt, and then by the belt guide rail to drive the slider on the linear guide to move forward and backward. The synchronous gear belt has the advantages of low noise, fast running speed and low cost.

　　在速度方面，普通的滾珠絲杠可以達(dá)到比滾珠絲杠更高的速度。與此同時(shí)，沒有臨界速度限制，在長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸中已經(jīng)越來越具有成本效益。

　　In terms of speed, ordinary ball screw can achieve higher speed than ball screw. At the same time, there is no critical speed limit, which has become more and more cost-effective in long-distance transportation.
